 <NOTES>Heat 2.33 gal of water in brewpot.  In a separate pot heat .66  gal to 161 F.  Steep the grains in this water for 30-45 mins at 150 F.  Add this water and the dme to the brewpot - boil for 60 mins.  Add hops as indicated.  After boil let wort sit for 15 mins before cooling.  Top off to 5 gals.  Aerate and pitch yeast.  Ferment at 68 F.</NOTES>
