Well guys, With the new year almost upon us, its again time for our resolutions for the year ahead.
This year I, Bricey promise to follow my football team (the Wests Tigers in the NRL) through thick and thin, not drink all the beer in the fridge during the first half and share the snacks on the coffee table with the children.
I also promise to try and contribute to the forum more often than I do andconvert at least on person from the states to drink an Australian Pale Ale.
So, what has everyone else got planned for the new year? |

Excellent Bricey - good start.
I resolve to brew more :) Yeah that's about it - why bother having a resolution that won't come true.
OK What is an Australian Pale Ale? VB? James Squire? Coopers?
Cheers and Happy New Year to all! |

hmmmm, brew more beer means drink more beer. Drink more beer means more time on the couch. More time on the couch means more football and cricket. More football and cricket means drink more beer. and drink more beer means brew more beer....!
I think I can keep that one too! |

I resolve to try to do more simple brewing on occasion.
That's not to say I'll won't experiment, but just do some simple brews that don't take all day, use a proven recipe, and end up consistantly nice. |

My New Year's resolutions for 2005 are:
(1) Go all grain (2) Keg instead of bottle (3) Brew at least once a month
I've dubbed 2005 as "The year for beer" in my household. It's a year of education, meeting other homebrewers, and getting more involved in my local homebrew club.
Happy New Year! |
